Ego Battery Issues

I have a standard ego battery from 3-4 years ago. Its currently sitting at 2 "bars" of charge but wont charge when I put it on the charger. The charger fair noise comes on then stops almost immediately. Ive tried the battery on a different charger as well.

Any ideas?
