My realtor (I'm selling) is pushing open house weekend on me

He is insisting on three days as a pocket/private listing followed by weekend of open houses. Says Monday we will decide on the best bid 🙄

My neighbors say he is rushing this process so he can get it sold and move on rather than spending more time with showings and waiting for the best offer.

When I sold my last place, during the open house some
loser actually left a piece of shit next to my toilet and popped a giant bloody, puss-y zit on my bathroom mirror and I don't want unsupervised lookers in my home this time.
