Hello Bambu Redditors,

Having an issue with supports on this print - see attached pictures. Apologies this is difficult to see with the black filament, so I figured a extra annotation scribbke might be helpful. I'm basically wondering why the shown parts of one of the tree support trunks fails in the same spot on all 3 builds.

All 3 of these pictures samples are the same stl, one differiing gcode (top and right of 2 attached pics), but with 3 different 0.4 nozzles on an X1C using PETG-CF.

Once it happened to the first build, my reasonably-experienced 3D printing troubleshooting ability decided this could be a nozzle issue, considering it was concentrated in one spot on a support. Changed the nozzle, then saw the same thing. After seeing the issue again I discovered I had a brand new 0.4 nozzle to swap in (hence the 3 different nozzles used), and then I tried realizing entirely. Again, failure in the same spot.

The kicker is that I printed this exact build on the exact same machine maybe 7 months ago using the same X1C unit using a 0.4 model and the same presets in Studio, so now I'm just outright confused and turning to the good people of the internet for some guidance.

Thanks in advance!!

TLDR: build failing in same spot with PETG-CF in X1C, using same print settings that yield a successful print of the same geometry only a few months prior. 3 different nozzles, all fail in the same way.

Concentrated support failure?
