Weird visual decoding issue

Hello,

Some frames seem to "come back" on screen one or two frames after they first appear, overlapping the current frame.

It appears in kind of a triangular pattern; I assume the whole stream is displayed on big polygons or something, and some of them have this issue.

It's not all the time, but often enough that it basically makes the service unusable. I have to use the Steam "Connect" feature to be able to play properly.

Otherwise everything else seems fine: stats show 58 to 60 FPS on decode and stream at all time.

Happens in the browser and the application, whatever decoding codec I select.
