Umbracrux broken build bare minimum setup

I know there is an Umbracrux based build that is totally broken this season. Since it still isn’t fixed was thinking to give it a try since the season is almost over.

I’ve seen the claims you can run it with just an Umbracrux and Starless mythic but when looking at those reference build they are basically running with twinned gear and multiple mythics in all slots - not exactly running pit 150 “naked”.

So - is there a build that shows the Umbracrux and Starless ring stats needed (along with skills and paragon/glyph setup required) anyone can provide a link to - or does the build still need a fair amount of maxxed out gear to achieve ?
