Battery Warranty

I took my battery to Walmart it’s dead I got it 2 years ago so the warranty is still good! The lady recognize me said that I can’t switch the batteries because I already warrantied it before once (it’s the winter) I looked all over Google and read there terms it never said anything about a limit of how many times you can use the warranty. That’s the like 3rd time I exchange it too so? I’m going back later to try again I bought the platinum version for this reason and getting the most out of it!
