Looking for a townhouse (Vancouver, Coquitlam)

Hey guys!

Me and my boyfriend plan to move into a bigger house in autumn. However, it depends on many factors, especially if we could find it in the most preferred location. Ideally we look for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom.

We are interested in the following areas:

•Coquitlam
•Burnaby
•Vancouver

If you are renting a townhouse right now please share how much are you paying and how challenging it was to fine the good one. It seems like the rent pricing is dropping.
