Running fan?

I've only had the car for 3 days now, but each time I come back to it there is the sound of air already running in the cabin.

My I5 never did anything like this. I looked through the menus but couldn't find anything for it.

For what it's worth my garage is like an oven in the summertime in Vegas. Does the N just continuously monitor temps to keep the battery cool, even when it's off?
