Still too early to trust the test?

I had unprotected sex June 2nd. He pulled out. Then I took a plan B the next morning. I tested today (June 23) with first morning urine and it was negative. I’ve been feeling crampy and my nipples are tender but my app says my period is due in 4 days. Idk I’m just scared the hormone hasn’t built up enough and I am pregnant.
