First self injection gone wrong?

Hey guys its my 2nd shot, but 1st time self injecting at home. I needed help with my partner to do it for me cause of my extreme fear of needles.

Things went a bit wrong when I realized that the needle inserted in my thigh was below half of the needle itself, but all the T was inserted already. I'm kinda worried that it wouldn't take effect or that it'll cause muscle pain only since it wasn't deep. Do I do my shot again with the remaining T from the vial? Or should I wait till my last shot?

Really worried rn cause my partner is panicking about her mistake :((
