CWR Quarters with Dimes and Nickels

I just went through a $500 box of quarters and many of the rolls had nickels and dimes mixed in the rolls. One roll had 33 quarters and a nickel.

Do you take this box to my normal dump bank and potentially get flagged as the one turning in short rolls or take it back to the bank I have a good relationship with that I normally pick up from and inform them?

Anyone have experience with this situation?
