Corrupt Memory Card/ System Error

Hey guys, today my psvita bonked up while I was playing gravity rush. It said "Could not save file" error C4-3117-2. So I closed the game and restarted my vita, then it said it can't detect my memory card. Looked online and it said I need to refresh the database or something like that, did that now all my stuff is gone lmao...

Is there a way to recover this? It keeps saying "System can't use the memory card without reformatting" and i click cancel. I had modded my vita and had the homebrew installed with various games. Looking at the error history, the most recent one is C1-2758-2.

My software version shows 3.65 *some Chinese characters?-*2

Memory cards are showing nothing (despite having a vita sd card and SD2Vita). I do see "HENKaku Settings" in my settings menu but none of the other homebrew I had like the pkjk and stuff.

How can I fix this please? Thanks a lot!
