100% buyback question

I’ve been using arena club off and on. I got the 100% buyback a few months ago and used it. I’ll go 3-4 weeks without buying but don’t seem to be getting the 100% buyback anymore. Instead they seem to send 10-20% off codes instead. Am I done getting 100% offers?
