Unknown Storage Bug

Hi Guys , I have been facing problem with my Laptop , it has these ghost files that are consuming my storage space. its like 70% of my Storage partition are taken by this , chat GPT suggest me to use WizTree to check all the hidden file and then these humongous files showed up.

please suggest what can be done , should i delete them or now. if i can delete them, please let me know how
