3 Months Notice + Toxic Work Culture. What Would You Do?

Hey everyone,

Just looking for some advice. I've been in the UAE for almost 7 months as a Salesforce Developer with around 4 years of experience. The work itself is fine, but the work culture and management have honestly made me want to leave. I've reached a point where I feel mentally checked out and don't see myself staying long term.

The problem is that I have a 3-month notice period. Because of that, I'm wondering if it's even realistic to get offers while employed, or if it makes more sense to resign first and use the notice period to search.

How's the UAE IT job market looking right now? Are companies willing to wait for candidates with a 3-month notice period, or is resigning first the better option?

Would appreciate any honest advice from people who've been in a similar situation.
