Rimworld is no longer a good game

I used to love it, but ever since I bought Royalty, I realized it was all going downhill.

It was a DLC that added fluff, which is okay, but simple stuff like an "Axe" item should not be DLC.

Devs proceeded to neglect the base game, rushing its "release" and proceeded to spam crappy, expensive DLCs ad infinitum since then, while barely working on their base game. Despite what they say, it does not feel finished.

Anyway, Dwarf Fortress is getting a fluff update tomorrow, the Dino Update - except it's free, because they're actually trying to continue developing a great game, and haven't just gotten on a gimmick moneymaker train.
