LMFT-A Job Search in Austin, TX

Hello everyone! Long time lurker here. I am applying for LMFT-A positions in Austin, and I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for practices that provide a comfortable living wage (ethical take home split)— I understand that you cannot provide specifics, just any general insight would be appreciated!

I am graduating with my PhD in MFT this December and have seen clients since 2022. I completed around 500 clinical hours during my doctoral program that I can count toward licensure.
