Laptop for ICT studies (Finland, maybe under 2500€)

Country: Finland

Hey! I need a laptop for my ICT studies and it's hard to find one that matches all criteria. In addition to the following, I would like to have a good battery life and preferably Linux compability maybe for dual booting.

I've been thinking about the Framework 13 pro but the setup I want would cost a bit over 2700€ and I would like to find something a bit cheaper.

If I don't find any alternatives, I guess I'll get that.
