Switching contractors via No Call No Show

Anyone ever no call no show at your current contractor because you hate them and then being hired at a new contractor who has been poaching you?

I have no full time route and only work a couple days where I am at. I’ll have more consistency and my own full time route in an area I know already when i switch.
