Love our rental space, hate the dust. Any local commercial cleaners you'd recommend?

Basically, I’m looking for a commercial cleaning reco in Kelowna.

We rent office space here like location and price are great, but the building's cleaning is seriously lacking. Dusty corners, sad washrooms, floors that haven't seen a proper mop in forever. Not disgusting, but definitely not great.

We're thinking of hiring our own service for our suite, and maybe pitching in with other tenants for the common areas. Has anyone used someone reliable?
