After 75 hours I’m finally going for my first driving test

I’m an auto driver, I’ve had 75 hours of lessons and probably around 20 hours private practice, my instructor kept telling me to book tests and then cancel them for nearly a year, I think I’ve cancelled like 5-6 tests now within a few weeks, this time I’ve decided I’m going to take the test in my own car as it is only a week away and I haven’t even taken one test in all my driving, however I am extremely nervous!! I’ve recently started being more hesitant at roundabouts because I’m stressed, anyone have any tips/passed after a similar situation?
