Is this a sign?

So I had a random dream today where a teacher advised me to get tested for Adhd. It was after a sports lesson where I was exhausted in the end. I have no idea why after sports but in my dream I asked her for a week of thinking about it. That is where that dreamed ended. I think it maybe was a sign because I have been thinking about getting tested for adhd since I have many symptoms. But I was too scared to talk about it with my mom because I don't really struggle enough for someone to notice. I wished for someone who would recommend me getting tested. I am not really spiritual so maybe it means something else.
