Strange bird encounters

Over the past 6 years, I’ve had several strange bird encounters, most of them surrounding the birds dying. Two encounters happened involving cars. Two encounters happened involving my living space.

The very first encounter was on a road trip 6yrs ago. A bird (I think it was a robin, but I’m no bird expert so idk) was flying and flew into the grill of my rented car when I was on the high way. I noticed the bird flew into the car’s grill, but didn’t realize it was stuck there. Once I got to a gas station, a kind man noticed the dead bird in the car’s grill, took it out, and threw it away.

2yrs later, I was on a trip with friends and I was sitting in a car. My car door was open bc it was hot and the car hadn’t been turned on yet. As I was sitting there, a bird (I also think this one may have been a Robbin) was flying fast, flew head first into the door, dropped to the ground and slowly died. It was a terrifying thing to experience and it still creeps me out to this day.

About 4-5 months after the bird flew into the car door, I had just moved into a house with a roommate. We’d been getting the house together all day, so the garage door was open all day and moving boxes were everywhere. A few days after moving in, we started finally breaking down the boxes and started to clean out the garage. Well I went to grab a box, and jumped back terrified and screaming bc there was a dead bird in one of the boxes. It looked like a crow, but I’m truly not sure. I was all black though and wasn’t small. Idk how it ended up there, but I think bc the garage door had been left open, it must’ve flown into the garage, got stuck in there for 3-4 days, and ended up dying bc of the southern heat.

Now fast forward 4yrs from the last encounter and I see a bird (looks like a robin again) sitting on my patio railing (I live in my own apartment, no longer in the same house with the roommate). I’d never seen a bird there, but didn’t think much of it until I looked out the window in the middle of the night and it was still there. I was weirded out by the fact that it was still there. I checked this morning and the bird it still sitting in the same spot. It’s breathing and can move its head, but I think it’s sick or injured. It’s pooped several times bc there’s poop on the balcony. I’m planning on calling maintenance to get it if it’s still there by the end of today. Wow wait! As I’m typing this I just saw it fly away! Very, very strange.

I’m not sure what all of these encounters mean, but it definitely creeps me out that in 3/4 encounters, the birds died. I’ve also been pooped on by birds about 3 times in my 29yrs of life. I was actually thinking about getting a bird feeder, but now I’m not sure I want to do that bc of the strange encounters. Does anyone have any context on what this could mean. Idk if it’s a bad omen but it kinda feels like one and it’s freaking me out.

TL;DR: I’ve had 4 strange bird encounters over the past 6yrs. During the encounters, 3/4 of the birds died. I’ve also been pooped on by birds about 3 times in my 29yrs of life. These encounters are freaking me out.
