Paid or Unpaid House Job

Hello hope everyone is doing well!

I graduated from a private medical college in Karachi but my family lives in Rawalpindi. The hospital affiliated with my medical college doesn't have great clinical exposure. Really confused whether to do an unpaid house job in Rawalpindi or go back to Karachi. My main career goal right now is passing foreign exams and I don't plan on pursuing FCPS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
