Dashers who wait 10 minutes to drop off food outside the door when settings are on "leave outside"

I just don't get it, it serves nobody. Just had a dasher who called me and messaged 3x about getting the food, I have all of my settings on "leave outside" and I was in a meeting. Why do some still do this? It's so annoying.
