L’Oreal Infallible Setting Spray Transfer?

I have seen countless ads and testimonials for the L’Oreal Paris Infallible setting spray and people swear that it’s transfer proof. But every time I try to use it, my makeup transfers really easily all day? I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong – I shake it a ton and spray it for at least 3 seconds all over my face. Does anyone know how to make this transfer proof or is it a lost cause?
