[Unknown] [Unknown] Old CD/PC Horse Game (read description)

Hi yall,

I have been ISO this game for some time now, but I remember very few details, so I'm hoping someone will have an idea.

Things I remember:

It was a horse game in 3rd person, I believe.

I know there was a "city" part of the game as well as a stable.

There was an arena that you could practice dressage in.

It was a game that was bought as a CD and then inserted into the computer to download, and then the CD was no longer needed.

I want to say I remember playing it between 2009 and 2011, but I don't know the release date.

I don't believe it was anything Barbie-related, but I could be wrong.
