Terrible grades in dual enrollment, will my acceptance get revoked?

I got accepted into Penn State. I failed 3 classes through dual enrollment and had a 0.9 gpa at the college I was doing those classes. I got incredibly sick for a month, and I only passed my high school class because it was online. Will my acceptance get revoked?
