Price check for new pc and suggestions needed

I want to get a new pc and I live in Latvia ( Europe ) but it seems that all the sites either dont got the specs that I want or they simply are overpriced but I did managed to contact one semi-known company for making custom pcs in Latvia and they offered me these specs for 2400 euro:

Ryzen 7 9800X3D

Gigabyte X870 Gaming X WiFi 7

Lexar Ares Black 2x16GB 6000MHz

Zotac Solid SFF RTX 5070 Ti 16GB

ADATA Legend 860 1TB NVMe

Lian Li EG0850G 850W 80+ Gold PCIe 5.1

MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 ARGB Black 360mm

Fractal Design Meshify 3 TG Black

And they said its possible to get B650 instead of X870 I honestly dont know the difference between two they just said "long term stability and upgradability" sounds reasonable but for I assume 100 euro difference idk.

Case I specifically choose Meshify 3 for its simple design and focus on airflow I dont think I want the most popular choice fish tank design with 2 glass sides because I wont have space on my desk so I wont really be able to see much and will have to put it either on a floor at first or figure out a way to mount it under desk but idk if it will work with MITTZON.

Overall im ok with the price and the fact they they are located in my country + have physical store is a big plus IMO but I would like to hear from someone if im overpaying or its a good price for those specs, obviously its gonna be more expensive than building yourself but I would like to let professionals do it since max I did myself is just do a simple dust clean with my fingers ( yes it was that much dust/hairs to the point that you can grab it )

My current specs are:
RTX 3060
Ryzen 5 4500
PRIME B450-A II (Motherboard)
16gb ram
465gb SSD
G2490W1G4 VA 1920×1080 144hz

Specs are not too bad but in most games im not able to get to fps cap on lowest settings probably because of weak CPU. Im mostly playing games like Apex Legends, Minecraft, Factorio, Warframe so 5070ti would be an overkill for those but it is nice to know that you have enough power to play an interesting story game on ultras whenever you want.
