[TOMT] [MOVIE] [90s-2000s] Sci-Fi - Time travel movie, couple wakes up in a desert cabin, trapped in a daily time loop

Hi guys! I'm looking for a sci-fi movie I saw dubbed in Spanish, probably an early 2000s made-for-TV or cable movie (not a theatrical release). American production, has a cult/obscure feel — I've never seen it referenced anywhere.

Plot details I remember:

A man and a woman (already a couple before the story starts) are staying in an isolated wooden cabin/shack in the middle of the desert.

The area is completely isolated, with some kind of perimeter around it (not necessarily guarded).

There may have been an antenna or some kind of surface installation nearby.

Inside a room there's a machine/generator that's somehow generating a "time bubble" — if any of the characters touch it, they die.

The two leads are stuck in a daily time loop, Groundhog Day style — they wake up in the same bed each "morning" and the day resets.

They're aware they're in a loop and want to escape once they figure out what's happening.

There are a few other characters — men in suits/plainclothes who seem to be agents or military personnel connected to the secret facility/experiment.

Total cast is small, maybe 4-5 people.

No aliens, no supernatural elements

Tone-wise it felt low-budget, kind of like a Sci-Fi Channel original from that era, but I haven't been able to match it to any title I've found (Retroactive, Control Factor, Momentum, ARQ, Triangle — none of these are it).

Any help identifying this would be hugely appreciated!
