Waiting at Marrakech airport after customs and baggage claim

Hello! My friends and I are visiting Essaouira, and we are all separately flying into Marrakech to meet at the airport for our private car transfer to Essaouira.

My flight will be arriving at RAK 3 hours earlier than their flights. So, I was wondering how feasible/comfortable it will be to wait at the airport for a few hours AFTER I go through customs and baggage claim. What I mean is, will there be any duty free shops I can wonder around in and airport cafes where I can spend a few hours?
