Cold milk, baby powder, soft skin

There was someone in here who posted about this and got deleted. I need a perfume that smells like COLD milk and baby powder. Creamy and powdery in a cool, clean way.

I live in a very hot and humid country AND work in the ICU so I would HATE warm sweet ones like Bianco Latte, Blanche Bete, BBW Milk.
