Entering the country with 6 million dinar

I noticed online that you are supposed to declare amounts of more than 200,000 dinar. I was wondering if declaring is fine or if I will be restricted from bringing this quantity in?

I originally wanted to exchange this amount to USD, but if that is unlikely, I figured I could just buy as much gold as I can with it.
