Rush Immunotherapy…Rushed?

I’m looking for a medical provider/allergist to give a first dose of rush immunotherapy for a wasp and bee allergy. Cost is not prohibitive, the most important thing is getting the first dose done in the next two weeks before a really important memorial trip for a dead parent. Any recs? everywhere seems to have 3 month plus waiting lists. Any help is appreciated!
