Online guitar lessons recommendations?

Hi all!
I really want to learn how to improvise on guitar, but I'm finding it hard to do so without some form of guidance/lessons. I'm just wondering if anyone has any reccommendations of some good lessons online? Are any of the online lessons/courses even any good? Or would it be better to have an in-person teacher?
Many thanks for any replies!
