PS5 and Loyal player

So I just got banned for exploiting aka cheating... given my platform and the fact I been playing since OG STW it's a false ban. I been trying to overturn it with no help all day today.. I know personally for a fact I didn't cheat. no one is ever been on my account. so I know for a fact this is false ban but they won't overturn it. I assume the ps5 when suspending the game when I watch YouTube kept me in the game at times at hall I can assume. beyond that I'm at a lost of why they are assuming I cheated in anyway
