am i the only one consistently not getting drop/ giveaway emails?

I’m just seriously at a loss for words. I didn’t receive the sock giveaway, lucky honey website drop, and now the lemme drop emails. every situation, ive reached out and they claim to fix whatever email issue im having and assure me ill be getting the next email, but yet here we are today with a new giveaway email that’s apparently gone out.

Is anyone else experiencing this & if so how did you fix it because apparently corporate doesn’t know how.
