Hello everyone my son scored 650, where to check for good colleges, AIMS? Counselor

I want to know colleges my son can get and which to go for, any resources or YouTube channel to trust. Shall i dream for AIMS? As everyone predicting low cutoffs..
Like my doubt is any college one should avoid due to facilities, toxic culture or ragging .For example a lower AIMS like madurai or raebareli compared to MGM indore .
Any paid counselor to go for ?
