Lazy Turtle Google review accuracy?

Hi y'all, we were looking to find a family friendly place to take the kids for dinner tonight, hopefully waterfront. Just found the Lazy Turtle online but a lot of the recent reviews mention the food taking 1-2 hours to arrive after ordering.

Is this typical there? I realize people love leaving bad reviews more than good ones so I always take them with a grain of salt, but it does seem like that's a common theme for theirs lately so I thought I'd check here first
