Anyone have any experience with making another $200k per year moving companies?

I'll try and keep this sweet and simple.

I (34M) make roughly 150k per year. Amazing company, insane benefits (30+ days vacation /PTO per year, 8% 401K match, HSA, the works) awesome boss I speak to every two months or so just to "check in" and I'm in an industry that's going nowhere (energy sector). I'm extremely successful and really good at what I do, so looking for work isn't the ISSUE. I do travel approximately 60% of the year.

I have an opportunity to hit roughly 350k per year (NOT INCLUDING PERFORMANCE BONUSES), inanse benefits again, yada yada yada. I'll be traveling roughly 75% to 80% per year for the first 3 to 5 years and would then take over my own office and WFH, keeping the region I built running and managing that area.

I have zero consumer debt outside of my mortgage (180k owed, 4.8 internet rate, recent appraisal because I'm a "facts" guy was 430k). Also currently work about 1.1m with investments, maxed IRAs, and a healthy ESOP.

My wife stays home and takes care of our 4 kiddos and spends an awesome amount of time with her family who live within 10 minutes of us.

My question is simply this; will an extra 200k per year finally scratch that itch for greatness? I have no college degree, grew up white trailer park poor in rural Appalachia, and love every second of my life as it is right now.

No, this is not a "ragebait" post. Just wanted to hear what some of you had to say about making a career move for 200k+ per year? Obviously my lifestyle can change as much as I let it, but we're pretty frugal so I don't see that happening.

I just can't shake this feeling of... I don't know? Greed? Making a wrong choice based on money? I know who would be my new manager and he's a great guy, so I'm not worried about being shit on at the new company.

Golly someone just help me settle this anxiety 😂
