Lunch/Dinner Ideas?

I’m a 26yo 5’5 female, weighting at 168. I just want to go down to 155/160lbs and keep it maintenance there. I also want to eat better for my cholesterol and blood pressure (high bp runs in my family) bc it can go as high as 140/101 and I just want to do better while I can still being in my 20s.

I work as a bedside nurse and get about 8-12k steps depending on how busy the shift was. On my off days I walk about 3-4miles and do 30 squats, lunges, calf raises and 3 sets of 10 of 3 different standing ab workouts (can’t remember the names of the ones I do).

I ammm a party girl and go out and drink and smoke hookah which could be contributing to my blood pressure, but I jus like to have to fun.

I want better meal ideas for dinner per se and I do cook at home most times and when they are very heavy meals, I wanna know if it would be best to eat for lunch while I can walk it off during work? Or just save the heavy meals for dinner and light meals for lunch?

But then what would I eat for dinner? Do I just have to suck it up and eat a salad or tuna, chicken nuggets (jus bare), noodles with half the seasoning packet?

I wanna do better for my health and bp bc it is high but I still want to enjoy my life. But I do think I’m overthinking and would just like some advice honestly.
