SD (10) asks me for permission for everything lately, and not her dad.

I told her dad. He’s cracking down on it. But it irks me.

She even does it in front of him … for literally everything! “Hey (my name), can I go to the park?” “Hey (my name), can I play my game for 15 more minutes before bed?” And stuff like that. All I say now is “don’t ask me, ask your dad! I’m not your parent”.

Husband is being good with it and explaining to her, “you need to come to me with everything becuase I’m your dad”.

Idk why this is happening but it PMO. Is this happening to anyone else?
