Stripped Screw 2011 Touring Brake Light

Maybe a stupid question, is there a specific kind of screw that goes here?

The one on the top is fine, the bottom one is completely stripped and I will have to replace.

It came to my attention my left brake light is out. I've got to figure out how to get this stripped screw off in the first place. But I also need help to replace it.
