my fans vibrates during start ups and gets fixed by itself after 3 continues reboots with power connected

my victus laptop v15 13thH 4050 ...vibrates alot during start ups but it settles down after few restarts.. what do I do ?? do I replace the fans on my own or do I give to service center.
