Help My husband's an alcoholic

Advice needed my 28f Husband 46m is an alcoholic he drinks every night he doesn't get belligerent fall down drunk every night but it's about 2 to 3 times a month that this happens. We have a 1 year old daughter together I don't want to break up our family but I don't want to keep living this way I'm scared to talk to family because they will think horrible things about my marriage and I don't want that I've been holding this all inside aside from one therapist who asked if I had thought about an exit plan. Please what should I do I don't want to end my marriage or be a single mom is there a way to fix this?
