MT07 dying when stopping / pulling clutch in

Once my 2015 MT07 with 34000km gets to normal temps, and I drive casually (~3/8ths gas max) and I come to stop for a stop sign or traffic lights, sometimes it will just die on me, usually when it happens i react fast, put it in neutral while still rolling and just turn it back on (it has absolutely no problem starting back up again). Could it be because its maybe running too rich? I have black dots everywhere on the end of my stock exhaust where the gases come out (idk the english word for it).
