Haahaa is this a SIGN?

I recently gave my entrance exams fort college. And tbh it went MEH TBH but I'm not gonna let that stoop me from getting into my dream college... I still kept manifesting I'll get into my dream college.

A few days ago we noticed my passport was gonna expire soon.. And to renew it I'd have to go to another city.. where my dream clg is.... And the passport office is RIGHT next to college 😭

I'll be going there in a few days, college acceptance and allotments don't start untill a month later but OMG IS THIS A SIGN????
