why i cant shift???? like why?? help me please

so i learned about shifting few days ago and i believe it exist everyone can do it , i even did reya's reprogramming mind for shifting and i tried to shift but i cant...i tried pillow method, meditation even guided meditations....so whats the problem......i seeked help from my spririt guides and they said yes ....but why i cant??????is there any problem??/ please help me experienced shifter....and i dont get any shifting symptoms...
