Text + presets size and positions keep changing because of mismatched resolution

As the title said, after the version 21 updates, my text+ presets sizes and positions are suddenly affected by mismatched resolutions, they can be fixed by cutting them in the timeline, but i have to do it everytime i drag a text+ to the timeline which is annoying.

i try to fix it by remaking all of the presets from scratch on one of the mismatched resolutions settings. its fine at first but when i reopen my davinci and set my timeline with the mismatched resolution settings when i remade my presets, the sizes and positions got reset again, does anyone know how to fix this ?.
