Would it be wrong to move with my sister outta state?

This entire day I have been contemplating my options on what my next move should be after a horrible situation led by both my actions, events, avoidance and alcohol abuse that lead to something that might not be something my husband will want to overcome together. I have taken steps to improve my faults and work on my trust issues, receive treatment for my ocd and even go to AAA meetings too but although we are currently apart as we both are recovering we are not permitted to communicate. I am not sure if he would want to talk to me once he goes home where I am no longer allowed, although it was comforting to make sure to clean up the room for when he returns. Would it be wrong to leave move out with my father who lives an hour away where I would have a room and place, or should I simply leave the state and truly give him the space and comfort he might need as I try to rebuild myself for a year out state? To help my sister with her kids and get a par-time job?
